Installation guide
How to install the APK
- Download the APK using the button above.
- Open your phone's Settings → Security (or Apps) and enable Install unknown apps for your browser or file manager.
- Open the downloaded SmartDukan-1.0.18.apk file from your notifications or Downloads folder.
- Tap Install, then wait for it to finish.
- Open SmartDukan, create your shop profile and set a secure PIN.
Trouble installing?
If the phone says “App not installed”
- Remove the older SmartDukan first. If a copy from earlier testing is on the phone, Android refuses to replace it. Go to Settings → Apps → Smart Dukan → Uninstall, then install again.
- Free up some space. The app needs roughly 36.8 MB for the file plus about the same again while it installs.
- Say yes to Play Protect. On the “unsafe app blocked” or “scan app” message, choose Install anyway — SmartDukan is not on the Play Store yet, so Android has not seen it before.
- Download the file again. A file that arrived over WhatsApp or Bluetooth can be incomplete. Download it straight from this page on the phone itself.
